Sarah’s Embroidery began in 2012, not in a fancy office or a big warehouse, but in Sarah’s garden shed. With young children at home, Sarah wanted a business she could potter at while balancing family life. But this wasn’t just any business—it was born from firsthand experience.
With a background in the Sports & Leisure Industry, Sarah regularly ordered workwear and team clothing. Time and time again, she found herself frustrated by poor customer service—long waits, lack of communication, and impersonal interactions. She thought, "Surely, this can be done better?" And so, she set out to prove it.
By 2013, the business had outgrown the shed and moved into a unit on the Industrial Estate in Penley. Demand continued to rise, and in 2014, another expansion followed, relocating to the larger unit it operates from today. Now, Sarah’s Embroidery ships orders all over the UK, staying true to its founding principle:
